Throughout the process from meeting Dave, discussing the project, providing a quotation and build process, Dave and his team from Elite were very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. There were some unforeseen extras that had to be done along the way which happens on extensions but these were delt with at a very fair price. Overall our experience with Elite Building & Refurbishment Ltd was a good one, they started the project on the agreed date and finished on schedule within our budget to a good standard. Elite Building and Refurbishment did our ground floor extension and full refurbishment of the interior of the whole house including bespoke joinery. The team was easy to work with and we were able to have good communication with them. We are now able to enjoy underfloor heating throughout the whole of the ground floor and love our new open plan living. We have been happy with the outcome of the building work. They also did a complete makeover of our garden from laying the patio and re-laying the lawn, putting in bespoke raised flower beds all around the garden, putting our shed together and making the covered outdoor cooking area.
